Purpose and legal basis of processing
The Data Controller processes personal data for different purposes:
- Allow the Site to be used correctly: the computer applications and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in theuse of Internet communication protocols. - or the purpose referred to in point 2) for a period not exceeding 2 years;
- for the purpose referred to in point 3) for the time strictly necessary to provide timely feedback to the interested party;
- for the purpose referred to in point 4) until the request for withdrawal of consent or the termination of the newsletter activity by the Data Controller, if earlier.
Nature of data provision andf consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1) and 3) is necessary and in theabsence of the Data Controller can not allow respectively to use the site and respond to the request received from the form “Contacts”;
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 2) and 4) is optional and in theabsence of the Data Controller will be limited to pursuing the additional processing purposes requested by the Data Subject.
Categories of recipient
The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorized for the processing due to their respective duties, as well as to commercial agents, credit institutions, credit insurance companies, credit recovery companies, commercial information, advice to professionals or service companies, as well as public and private bodies, also following inspections and audits.
These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed data processors by a specific contract or other legal act.

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to oppose their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of the personally provided data only if it is subject to automated processing based on consent or contract.
The data subject also has the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
